Don Usher is one of the most senior members having passed 80 years. He and his wife have lived in Vernon since 2011. They have resided in the U.S. and in Canadian cities, most recently Calgary. Don is a pilot & aircraft builder, but a recent “non-owner”. He flies when he gets the opportunity now. He joined the club to fly, and for the fellowship. Don started flying at seventeen years old.
