Rob Kennett

Rob grew up in Lavington, moved for a short while to Westbank, and returned to Vernon 20 years ago. He is now a semi-retired forester.

He learned to fly on a Lazair Ultralight in 1985. Training started 2 years later in Pitt Meadows for his private pilot license (PPL). Shortly after that was complete, Rob took the big step when he decided to build his own airplane, an RV-6A. Since then, he and his wife have flown many hours traveling up to the Arctic Ocean, right across Canada, and to many of the countries in the Caribbean. Additionally, Rob flies with the Snowflakes formation team representing the Vernon Flying Club. A proficient pilot, he has been known to perform some neat & tidy loops & rolls in his RV-6.
