Our Flying Club monthly meeting is approaching. Tuesday, April 16, 2024.

We will begin with a BBQ serving  hamburgers at about 1800 hrs.  For just $10.00, the salads and desserts are included.  Afterwards, the meeting part of the evening will be held … starting @ 1900.

We try to feature a guest speaker following our meetings.  This month, we welcome Dave Chapin, who works for Murphy Aviation.  He will do a presentation on Murphy Aircraft and the advantages and disadvantages of experimental aircraft. It’s about a 20 minute presentation and followed by a  question and answer discussion.

Dave is a pilot and aircraft engineer since 1995.  He has flown and fixed aircraft on three continents and in warm and interesting countries such as Afghanistan.  He has started two aviation companies.  Further, he served 11 years overseas doing humanitarian aviation.

Our meetings are open to members, their guests, and those interested in aviation who may be considering joining our association.  We’re always open to new people with new ideas!

Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month.  And, as always … at our clubhouse.
